ITYUG provides this Privacy Statement (the "Statement") to help you understand how ITYUG collects and uses the Personal Information and Non-Personal Information (each as defined below) you submit in connection with the ITYUG product, software, services and the website (collectively referred to as the “Service”) and that is collected when you use the Service. “You” means an individual who accesses or uses the Service.

1. Information that ITYUG Collects.

ITYUG collects information when you choose to submit it to ITYUG as well as when you use the GVirtualClassroom as Service

Personal Information You Submit.

In this Statement, “Personal Information” means any information about an identifiable individual, as further defined under applicable laws. ITYUG collects Personal Information that you submit using the GVirtualClassroom as Service (for example when you sign up for the Service, download a mobile software update. The Personal Information collected may include your name, birth date, address, mobile, phone, or fax number, email address, account information (such as account and online registration), online activities, and other specific Personal Information, as well as information you share about your contacts, such as the contacts’ name, email address, and mobile number. When you use the Service, you may transmit and store other Personal Information, such as your address book, calendar information, photographs either through your wireless device or by uploading such information at the www.gvirtualclassroom website.

Non-Personal Information.

ITYUG may collects “Non-Personal Information,” which means data in a form that does not include direct association with an identifiable individual, such as gender, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, location and time zone where an ITYUG product or service is used, and information about customer activities on the Service, to allow ITYUG to better understand customer behavior and improve ITYUG services, products and advertising.

ITYUG collects some of this information automatically when you use the Service. For example, the Service collects certain information about actions you take while using the Service, such as which web pages are visited by users of the Service, how many devices in the aggregate are connected to the Service in particular geographic locations, and other similar information. ITYUG LLC retain personal data collected through our website only for as long as is deemed necessary and reasonable.. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy .

The retention period will be determinde based on the below criteria
  • The purposes for which we process the personal data and how long we need the particular data to achieve these purposes
  • How long the personal data is likely to remain accurate and up to date
  • For how long the personal data might be relevant to possible future legal claims for any applicable legal, that specify how long certain records must be kept.

4.ITYUG Use of Information

ITYUG believes that the privacy of its users is paramount and strives to use their data only in ways outlined in this privacy policy. Most uses of data are for internal purposes only. ITYUG occasionally inform users of new releases and features via any communication methods you have provided to the services.

Except as described in this Statement, ITYUG practice is to not disclose Personal Information about you outside of ITYUG and its affiliates without your consent

ITYUG may disclose the Personal Information described in Section 1 of this Statement to its third party service providers so they may complete transactions or perform services on ITYUG behalf, transactions on your behalf, or transactions related to providing services to You. For example, ITYUG may contract with third parties to perform billing transactions.

  • Co-Branded Services: Some services in connection with the Service may be co-branded and offered together with another company. If you register for or use these services, both ITYUG and the other company may receive your Personal Information collected in connection with the co-branded services.

These technologies help ITYUG to better understand user behavior and use of the Service, and to administer the Service and analyze trends.
